But can we stop with all the lazy "same dare" and "winner decides" posts? Isn't the point of these threads to come up with the task beforehand rather than shifting the responsibility to another user or effectively copy-pasting from a previous one?

Loser must stay out in public for at least 30 minutes after the movie, and is not allowed to change until all of the following are true (some of these can happen in private/at home):

* Diaper has been messed
* Diaper is leaking pee
* Loser has cum into the diaper
