Loser is going to go to the gym and do a full workout in a thick diaper, if you don't have premium level diapers then you must double. You must diaper up at least one hour before going to the gym and make sure to get very hydrated before hand, I'm thinking a Pedialyte and a liter of water.

While at the gym act as if you are not diapered, meaning do your workout normally and no special precaution due to the diaper, but no bathroom of course lol

If the winner feels like it they can add additional elements but I'd say probably try not to make this a messy dare, no one wants to get booted from their gym lol

Winner rolls two d6 and gives the higher of the two rolls x rules to the loser. If both numbers are the same, add the numbers together and the winner gives that many rules to the loser. Loser must be diapered and following the winner's rules for 8 hours (can be overnight, but must still follow the rules).
