For every ship that the loser did not sink during the matches the winner can give the loser a rule.
The rules last depending on how many matches the loser lost:
1 Match: 1 Day
2 Matches: 1 Week
3 Matches: 2 Weeks
4 Matches: 1 Month
5 Matches: 2 Months
