However this gives me an idea
Today or tomorrow go and do some shopping whilst it is raining.
However a couple of adjustments to your normal rules.
You must wear a light coloured top that will go sheer when wet and your rubber nipple rings.
If it's still windy, wear a floaty skirt that will get caught by the wind. If the wind has died down, wear something tight that is likely to ride up.
Swap the thong for a crotch rope to hold in the dildo.

So, I put the dildos in and ties the crotch rope in the house, did the body writing in pink lipstick, put in the collar; then took my trainers, nipple clamps and the scarf I'd chosen outside.

I'm not sure about this one, maybe a bit too far, but I could combine your shopping dare. I have a few long tshirts I wore underneath work shirts when I used to have a uniform.
