I give this one a lot, but im gonna give it to you any way.

Drink 1 glass every 15 minutes for 1 hour. After that you may pee but only for 8 seconds at a time. After the 8 seconds your underwear has to come back up. You can either stop and wait 30 minutes and go again until empty or just keep peeing

Get a large glass and fill it with a 12 or 16oz beer. Mark the halfway point with a marker or rubber band.

Drink half the beer. Fill it back to the original level with your piss. Again, drink half, then fill with piss, drink half, etc. You must do this at least 5 times or until you can no longer piss.

If you can't make it five times, you must wait 1 hr and start again.
