Hi everyone

I've written my next chapter *silence* I SAID I'VE WRITTEN MY NEXT CHAPTER *cheering and applause*

Oh and i think i might call my story the waffle story now ! (And for the record i love all waffles)

And i'll try to start making my chapters longer but yeah i dunno i'll do my best !!

So yeah here is my next chapter (i'm a little proud at the quality of this one)

and it would be super nice for more comments and ratings but if not i'll treasure your views <3 and thanks to gayboi25 who rated and i'm sure who the other person who rated was but if you comment saying you rated i'll give you a waffle!

Chapter 17

I jumped up out of bed suddenly; the dream affected me very strongly. I couldn’t tell James how I felt! I didn’t want these feelings of rejection and the possibility of losing a friend was too great. I sighed and got up from bed.

I grabbed and changed into whatever clothes I could find, white top, blue jeans, if you wanted to know and made my way quickly to the kitchen hoping to avoid my parents on my way to town to meet up with my oldest friend, Ben, I failed.

“Morning Ryan!” my mum shrieked in her annoyingly high pitch voice, I did love her but her voice make bats flinch! “Have fun with Jack today! It will be nice for you two to catch up!”

“Morning Mum, Yeah it will. Right I’ll see you later then.” I said running out of the door with an apple shoved in my mouth.

During the 20 min walk to town I was thinking about Ben. I had known him for about 10 years and there were so many features that I loved about him and not just his personality, he was smart yet not the boasting kind, he was cool but not a bully, he was hot but he doesn’t show it off. He had blonde hair and blue eyes and from what I saw whilst in the changing rooms at school, his swimming has definitely helped define his six pack!

Ok so you probably think that I have feelings for him? Well you would be kind of right! It was more animal magnetism between us than the true feelings I have for James. Plus he was openly gay so he was also my kind of guide for opening up! My councilor if you will! He was the one who said it would help if I opened up to James, I only hope it does.

The difference between my feelings for Ben and James were that Ben was just my Best Friend, whereas James was so much more. I usually get incredibly stressed whenever I talk to James as I over analyze every little thing we say thinking “Would he say that if he liked me? How can I reply to make my feelings less obvious?”

Although James didn’t have the body of a Greek God I still wanted to spend every waking moment exploring each and every contour of his body and to spend every sleeping moment in his arms but I just had to tell myself that this was never going to happen. He wasn’t showing any signs of liking me and I certainly wasn’t showing any to him! I don’t want it to be weird between us! I’m sure over time I will get rid of these feelings but it isn’t helping that we speak constantly and about everything! DAMN HIM AND HIS NICENESS.

I arrived at town and made my way to Starbucks where we were meeting more depressed than ever! I really should stop walking without music! I think way too much!

I see Ben outside with two hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows and he started to wave frantically to greet me, yeah you wouldn’t have guessed he was gay would you.

Yeah you are wright, this is a very good quality chapter. I really really did not see Ben coming....I think this maybe one or the most original twist I have ever read.
