How about this, if you want to use the bathroom before bed you can roll a six sided die. If it's even you may use the bathroom, if it's odd wait until morning. If your first roll allows you to use the bathroom you must roll again: 1 or 2: trade your panties for a diaper tonight, 3 or 4: sleep with your wedgied panties on, 5: sleep naked, 6: your choice
