Drink 3 big cups of water. Next time you pee do it in a cup or bottle. Make sure you get all of it even if you need more than one cup/bottle. Then pour it all out right over your head, while fully clothed (in the shower you want), while looking straight up (bonus points if mouth open, but not required). You're allowed to get out of your wet clothes but not change in to new ones if you do. If you want dry clothes you better wait for the old ones to dry.
