No unfortunately I am not that brave and daring. I am barely even comfortable with the sports bra and shorts. Also pole dancing in general is something that you can have fun with but you also have to focus on the movements, especially when you are first learning. Also clothing is the enemy when it gets in the way, it makes it harder than it already is.

I do my morning stretches naked, before I get in the shower. I'm usually dressed for the rest of my workout because it's either at the gym or while running.

Loose t shirt with big arm holes? Loose shorts, no undies? Tight shortest shorts? A short tank top shwoing belly button?
