Crack 2 of the eggs over your head and the other on your chest, pour the custard down the front and back of your underwear. You must then sit in the mess for 15 minutes before you can change or clean yourself up!

For my spins, I got:

Make yourself some mayo briefs then decorate them with strawberry sauce. As a forfeit, keep that for 15 min and make sure you keep adding sauce if it falls off.

Pasta sauce down your tight taped up undies so it stays. Cover your entire body in syrup and drizzle ketchup over the top like you would a hotdog
