I have been away for a bit so here finally is an update on my promise. I didnt have a lot of alone time so the progress is a bit slow. So far I have completed:

468 / 468 minutes plugged
450 / 676 spanks
150 / 150 slaps to my balls

I completed the plugged time in one go. It was the longest time I have had my plug inserted without removing it and to be honest I didnt really like it. My plug is one with a gemstone (the same most people own) and it dug into my skin after a while because the base is hard. That left my butthole sore for the next day. It was a good learning experience and gave me a bit of motivation to search for a new plug made of silicone with a flexible base

I completed 150 spanks with a wooden ruler in one session and 2 sesions of each 50 slaps to my balls.

Update 1:
