I think it means that if ice were posted 10 times, and you wanted to do it in one session, that you would insert 12 cubes because cube 1 and 2 didn't count.

If you only did 7 the first time, then you would need to do 7 the next time as well (to get to 10).

Exactly. From my own experience, doing them short after one another makes a huge difference. Don't know the size of your ice cubes and how comfortable you are. So if you insert 3 in a row, it only counts for one. But play safe. Don't overdo with too many at once.

It´s 10 strokes before doing all the squats/spanks and 10 after. I looked up the rules again and it said to not extend promises, so technically my time window was already over but I might overlook that for your posts
