If you catch me within 30 minutes I have to take 4 laxatives, drink a lot of coffee and put on a bra and stuff it with water balloons, then after 30 minutes do 50 jumping jacks. I also have to eat some greasy food. No taking of my pants and underwear for 3 hours or until I wake up the next day. (assuming I go to bed before the 3 hours are up)
