You have to drink lots of water, at least one large cup of water every hour for 24 hours. You can only pee after every 3 hours on the last five minutes of that third hour (meaning if you stay up 24 hours, only 8 times peeing). When you pee you have to sit down and be naked. If you miss the 5 minutes on the third hour, you have to wait another 3 hours but still must do the drinking every hour. If you cannot hold it anymore, you have to pee your pants, so you remember how good a diaper is to you.
