Set up your choice of parental control program and set it to block all pornographic sites, while whitelisting getdare. For every time it pops up a warning that a site is blocked you have to extend the duration by 1 day, with 48 start time.

To start off flip a coin for every category - if it is tails it gets blocked.
The next day you may flip a coin again for each blocked category. If it's tails it stays blocked. If not you can unlock it.
Repeat this once a day until all your categories are unblocked again

Get qustodio, restrict your search like you would for a ten year old, no porn, no gambling, no politics, no religion etc. Set early bedtimes.
Now get a new google account with a new email and use only that, make sure the safe search is on and google thinks you’re a child, in every account you got, google, Facebook and so on and activate the inbuilt parental controls, tell them you are 6.
Lasts for a week

Download Qustodio (unless you already have it) and set safe search to be on with an 8:30 bedtime. Make it so you are allowed to use Getdare, but nothing else that is (or would be rated) higher than pg-13. Set it so you cannot use the internet from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, and any additional 1.5 hour time block of your choosing. You may add any other additional restrictions that you choose.

To be able to remove this you are to ask 7 other getdare members if they will control your account. If they say yes you will give them the account info and give them a time limit (no less than 7 days). They may change the password so you cannot get in and change the settings, but if they do at the end of the agreed upon time they MUST change it back or tell you what the new password is. If no one says yes, you will have to deal with the current settings for (at least) 30 days. At the end of 30 days you may START to earn your adult privileges back by completing tasks. Each task you complete will allow you to remove 1 setting (time blocks count individually, so to remove 2 time blocks you have to complete 2 tasks). This will continue however long it takes for you to earn back all of your grown-up privileges.

Get a parental control app and block every social media app (tiktok, instagram, youtube, etc.) or simply delete them from your phone.

For every task from the following list you may redeem one app, but you can also only redeem one app per day:
- take a cold shower (at least 5min)
- eat a meal from the floor without using your mouth (you don't have to eat directly off the floor, put it in a bowl or on a plate)
- go without underwear for one whole day
- don't use your phone at all for one whole day

5 - 21:00 - 7:00 bedtime - 5 hours screentime
6 - 22:00 - 7:00 bedtime - 4 hours screentime

7 - 22:00 - 7:00 bedtime - 5 hours screentime
8 - 22:00 - 8:00 bedtime - 6 hours screentime
9 - 0:00 - 6:00 bedtime - 8 hours screentime
10 - 21:00 - 6:00 bedtime - 6 hours screentime
11 - 20:00 - 7:00 bedtime - 6 hours screentime
12 - 18:00 - 7:00 bedtime - 3 hours screentime

After 2 weeks, you need permission from 3 different people to take controls off again. Best hope you won't roll 2 or 12.

5 hours/day
porn and mature content blocked.
getdare.com whitelisted

add a line in your signature saying:
''First person to DM me gets my parental controls login details, controle me please <3''

and you follow this rule above. Keep this for atleast 2 weeks

Install Salfeld on your phone and pc but don't set any restrictions yet. Then put login details in your signature for 24 hours. If someone manages to claim you during that period then they're free to set any restrictions they want, otherwise, just disable +18 sites for however long 2 6-sided dies say..
