I attempted the task today. I tied up my balls tight with clothes line, careful not to cut off circulation. To that, I tied two heavy pairs of pliers. I am not sure of the weight but as soon as I stood up, I could feel the tug and my balls started to ache.

It was difficult to walk across the house to get my lunch from the kitchen. Each baby step made the weight swing and my balls throb. Lunch wasn't quite finished cooking but i realized that I didn't want to stand there with the weight tugging on my balls while I waited.

It was very hard to get onto the couch without touching the rope or the weight but I managed. I spent the rest of the time sitting down, but my balls were still throbbing. After about 45 minutes I had to untie.
