In the morning you may pee as normal. However, you are not allowed to then pee till 2pm. At 2pm on the dot wherever you are, you must pee, clothed, for 4 seconds, then stop. You may then finally pee properly at 4pm. Good luck with that.
If you fail you must repeat this dare every day untill you can controll yourself.
