Justlearning loses

Loser plays a game of hangman with the winner through PM. For each incorrect letter the winner may either give the loser a new rule for 1 week or add 1 week on to two different rules. An incorrect word or phrase guess results in either a new rule for 2 weeks or add 1 week to ALL existing rules.
The loser continues playing until he/she guesses the word or phrase but does not win unless he/she guesses the word or phrase before 6 incorrect guesses(when the loser would be hung).
If it takes more than 6 incorrect guesses to guess the word or phrase, he/she must play a new round and continues to play a new round until he/she guesses the word before 6 incorrect letters.
This could potentially be a long time following many rules or you could get off easy with no rules if you get lucky and guess right.
