Always followedy brother's advice on this. Sorry, pictures are a none starter.

You can delete the Meta data and the rest around that. It shoulndt be hard and kinda ez do to if you ask me.

If you google it it should be ez to remove.

How about you do enough for around half the desks in the empty offices and your office as well (for after when your colleague has finished for the day). Put them on random desks. Maybe put some in drawers if you find some that have been left unlocked.
The trick is to remember which desks....
