You must remained plugged while on your diet. To remover it for a day you must stick to your diet three days in a row. If you fail then the plug is inserted until you maintain those three days in a row again.

I deserve punishment for not completing chores while properly dressed (ie huge triple bra, plug and diapers... loose pants if I need to take trash out)
