Since I am so generous today, I will tell you both for a good report on the following task:

to be honest, the 30 I did once was very rough. I doubt I can go to 60 in a single one at all. (can't breath through the holding) 40 might be doable 45 not sure, 60 very sure not... sadly. I'm way off of beeing good enough for that
