Loser and winner have a pee holding competition. Loser drinks 2x amount of fluids as winner. Winner picks amount to drink. Loser is dressed however the winner wishes. Before the game the winner decides the diaper punishment for both the winner and the loser.

Daredude loses. Different pee holding contest the loser goes first with the winner determines what they drink and wear they are timed of when they need and that time is cut in half so hold for 2 hours count as 1 hour then the winner does the same if their hold time doubled so held for 2 hours it is now at 4 hours. The loser of the contest is in diapers until they receive their freedom from the winner

I like this, but let's change it a little.
Before we start, let's agree on how long the loser will be in diapers. 1 week, 2 weeks, month?

Agree on a time, this may not be convenient. If we can't get start times in sync, agree on a day. And keep track of the time. either way, it is the. Honor system
One hour before the contest starts, loser will drink a 20 oz glass of liquid, winner doesn't have to.
At the start, both loser and winner put on diapers
Start the timer
Loser drinks another. 20 ounces.
Winner also drinks 20 ounces.
Every half hour, the loser drinks 10 ounces.
The winner drinks 10 ounces every hour.
The loser will be drinking twice as much as the winner.
When the diaper leaks, stop the timer.
The person with the shortest time loses.
If someone poops in there diaper, by default, they lost. They still can't change until the diaper leaks.

If at the end, the diaper is just wet, the loser will have to only use the diaper for pee.
If the diaper received poop, then, while at home, no toilet use.

At work or school, loser must be in diapers, but using them is optional. Loser may use a toilet sitting. All urinal use is a no-no.
