Instead of changing underwear, simply pull the new pair on over the old. Continue to do this until three days after you run out of clean underwear. At that point, you should fill your bed with your dirty underwear for the next week.

Oh, and be sure to exercise for at least 90 minutes every day during this dare. And shower only once every three days.
