I've been thinking about this further regarding other things you could be required to do as suggested in your profile: not at all easy as I reckon he's done a really comprehensive job for & on you already!!

But as you're looking for even more, how about this? Every day when you're at home at noon (your time) you're to request of him one (and only one) lowest level shock forthwith: he to administer or remit at his discretion. You are not to be prompted to do this, but failure is to result in automatic random mode (higher shock level! ) till say next morning or whatever, which you won't like at all, so you will remember to ask or else!!

Keep you on your toes LOL!!
