I mean I include hypno in the list of stuff people can send because they like it and I like not having a choice in being made to listen to stuff but it doesn’t really do a lot for me and triggers never work so I prob won’t be doing that haha

Think triggers are safer for you to listen to than curse files.

And not really? Like I said, hypno isn’t really my thing. in theory yeah! But in reality nah. I think you gotta go in with the mindset it’s gonna work and it’s never really done that to me whether that’s a trigger or a curse lol. But I listen if people send it but none of them have ever really had me like yeah I wish it would work lol

hm well if you have to mutch time on one day just downoad one lay in bed put on headphones and loop it over and over and over agian...

oh and use a alarm clock set for like 6 houres in advanced.

you might sleep during this but i can tell you that they work afterwards
