OK, you will needto wears ome tight jeans and regular panties for this and you will need to get some balloons (party balloons etc) and some gross food stuff. You will use syrup heated in the microwave
Now you can either just use one balloon or as many as you want. Put the syrup in the balloons, but don't overfill it and don't inflate it with air. Now put this down the front of your panties keeping the balloon upright, but make sure the balloon is not tied at the end (that would be cheating). Now go about for a few hours or even the whole day as normal. See if you can go without getting any of the gross stuff in the front of your panties.
