Time for some clothespins.

Attach a bit of rope to your clothespins and attach the rope to something that doesn't weigh a lot. A pen maybe.

Now put those clothespins on your nipples and do some jumping jacks fully naked. The amount will depend on your breastsize. Do sets of 10 minimum. If they fall of and you did less than 10, don't count those.

A - 50 jumping jacks
B - 40 jumping jacks
C - 35
D - 30
Everyone whose are bigger than a D gets 20.

Put the number of tacks in your bra equal to your cup size

AA/A=3, B=4, C=5, D and larger=6

time is equal to your size.. 32, 36, 42, etc, in minutes...
