Put 5 ice cubes in your ass and leave them for a minute before giving yourself a .5 litre enema with room temperature water. Take the biggest toy that you can take all of and shove it all the way in your ass to plug yourself. Put your underwear on and then leave it for 30 minutes. If there’s not a lot of water that leaked out you’re done, if there was a good amount of water that leaked out, leave it for another 15 minutes.

Freeze at least 6 icecubes. Get a litre of water and make sure it is as cold as you can get it. Once it's all in, every time you feel the water getting to a comfortable temperature, insert an icecube. If you leak put some toothpaste on your finger and rub your hole, inserting your finger at least once. You can release once you run out of icecubes and they have melted. If you release before they have melted do this dare again
