So, since you have listed nipple bondage as a like, I presume you have some nipple clamps?

Preparation: Drink 1L of (cold) water and wait two hours without peeing.

Punishment: Get naked. Do 200 Burpees with clamped nipples. If you don't have nipple clamps make it 300 burpees! After every 50 burpees you have to edge, and after you are done, you must ruin your orgasm and then pee.

If you must pee at any time in the middle, then you must ruin your next 5 orgasms in addition to restarting the dare without the pee holding.

NOTE: you can remove the clamps any time for safety, but try to not remove them *just* for pain relief. A good metric would be clamped for 10 minutes and then rest for 5.
