Roll 2 x six-sided dice (use this command: #1d6;1d6)

First dice decides what loser wears

1 - naked
2 - underwear
3 - underwear + socks
4 - underwear + shirt + socks

2nd dice decides how long it takes

1 - 3 minutes
2 - 6 minutes
