Turn on the parental controls on any game site you might use (e.g. steam)
Install qustodio on your phone and computer, lock at down as harsh as you’d do it on someone you hate, randomise the password and use a web service to send it to yourself in two weeks.

Install Salfeld on your phone but don't set any restrictions yet. Then put login details in your signature for 6 hours. If someone manages to claim you during that period then they're free to set any restrictions they want, otherwise just disable +18 sites for 4 days.

Get qustodio, set the default settings for a 6 year old and replace the email with a throw away one.
Next find a way to send yourself an email in a week.
Then change the password to something random and send it to yourself so it’ll arrive in a week.

Set your parental controls up like you would for a young child on all devices, make a random password that you wull get in one week (i assume you know how). Also you will disconnect your keyboard and use the on screen keyboard for the duration or double the time.

I will change my computer in any way you desire.
