You have to get really dirty before you take a shower! Before your next shower, you must poo in your underwear. Then, when you take your shower, the first thing you need to do, is get wet (However, you are not allowed to touch the hot water nozzle, Must be ice cold). Before you shower, place no less than two ice cubes inside of your ass.
As soon as the cubes are in place, hop in the bathtub. Make sure the water is cool to cold, anything warmer than cool merits you a punishment. Take at least a twenty minute long shower, but the ice cubes must be melted before you can leave. Every two minutes or so, check on the cubes. As soon as they've melted, masturbate.
