Probably you know already, but you shouldn't use clamps more than 20 minutes on one spot. If you do, open them after 20 minutes, rotate them 90 degree, and then put them on again. This way, the skin underneath won't be damaged permanently. (It needs to breath from time to time )

You are absolutely right! 5 is an odd number, this would lead to an assymetric face after some time. So please add a "per cheek" to the dare

Yes I do, but it never hurts to remind people! I haven't worn them for long periods of time that often, but when I have I've always rotated after 20 mins. It hurts like hell, but it's safer!

I will think about this one. I've never done any hidden public stuff around someone I know (besides my husband), and there's going to be someone there who I've never met which might make me feel more awkward.
