This task is complete!! Thank you all for giving me so many atomic wedgies! They are definitely among the most challenging for me to complete since they are so painful...which means they are naturally among my favorite. 4 hours in an atomic is not easy, and my poor crack is still recovering, but it was a blast as always!

Time for a wedgie workout! Get into an atomic wedgie. You cannot get out until you have done the following in your atomic: 50 squats, 50 toe touches, 50 sit ups, and 50 push ups. If you can't do an exercise in an atomic, do it in a shoulder wedgie but double the amount. (example: if 50 sit ups in an atomic isn't possible because the underwear isn't stretchy enough, do 100 in a shoulder wedgie)

No idea how painful or intense this is, but I'd imagine it would feel like someone set your ass on fire.

Well since you're already going to work out, you should also choose a 30 minutes yoga workout.
Start wearing only a shoulder wedgie. After the first ten minutes wear an extra pair of underwear and give yourself 100 squeaky cleans and then turn it into a second shoulder wedgie.
After ten more minutes undo the wedgies and give yourself 150 squeaky cleans with both pairs. Finally wear them as a double atomic wedgie and complete the workout.

Once you're done with that, give yourself a double bra connection wedgie for 4 hours before you can pick the wedgies. Add an extra hour if you fail any of the previous steps (for example add an hour if you can't do yoga in a double shoulder wedgie, another hour if you can't do it in an atomic wedgie and so on).

I absolutely love this idea, but I'm not confident I can actually pull it off. There is no way I can actually walk in anything close to a normal way when I'm in an atomic wedgie, and I don't get very far lol.

Here's a couple ideas for a hidden atomic that don't involve walking. Get into an atomic at a drive-thru and hide it underneath a hoodie. If you don't want to drive with a wedgie because it's too distracting, you could get into an atomic in the back of a movie theater and hide it under a hoodie the entire movie.
