Not originally mine but I liked it alot seeing it so you can do it horsey!

Get a belt and put part in mouth like a horses bit / reins (if you have anything to look like ears/tail add that too) then walk around your house naked (or outside if you dare! in which case don't have to be naked) lifting your knees as high as you can each step. Throw your head back every 2 mins and neigh a bit while waving your arms a bit like a horse rearing up on it's hind legs. Do this for at least 15 mins.

Then get some things you can jump over and run around jumping over them.
After you have done this for at least 15 mins get a ruck sack and fill it with stuff (or something you can attach to your back, should weigh a reasonable amount) then get on all fours with ruck sack on back and walk around for 15 mins.

Eat and drink without using hands, then when you have done all that, tie yourself to something and just stand there for 15 mins.
