Loser must ask for permission to change from the winner. Loser can only ask if the loser either leaked or messed. If the winner doesn't respond in 6 hours the loser can ask the boomer. If either one says no the loser must put another diaper overtop and wait until another mess or it leaks again. This repeats until loser gets permission to change.
