Get naked - set your clothes aside. Pee into a large bowl until it is half way full. Take your clothes and soak them in your pee ring them out and let them air dry for 30 minutes, use the pee to give yourself a bath - put your clothes back on and do not change until the following morning.

Hold your pee until youre bursting. Before you can pee you must drink a whole glass of water and have water running near you and then wait 15 minutes. You cant cross your legs or hold yourself. I hope it doesnt get messy
