1. Winner picks 6 hypno files, no limits but they should be at least appropriate for the gender of the loser.

2. Loser rolls a dice and flips two coins.
2.1 The die tells the loser how many files they must listen to. The left over files can go to the winner, if the winner wants. Winners choice.
2.2 The first coin flip dictates: Heads - Winner picks which files the loser has to listen to or Tails: The loser picks which files they have to listen to.
2.3 The second coin flip dictates wether it is normal-mode (head, 3.1) or lucky-mode (tails/number, 3.2)

3.1 The dice roll also determines how many times the loser has to listen to each file each day for one week.
3.2 Roll the dice a second time. Then a third time. Multiply both numbers. That's the minimum number of times each file must be listened to in one week.

Example for 3.2:
Dice 1: 6
Dice 2: 4
Dice 3: 2
--> 6 Files, each much be listened to 8 times on one week --> a total of 48
