Once you have permission to change, you must first sit in the corner for 15 minutes without an alarm. If you check the time and 15 minutes hasn't passed, start over. If it is heads you will put on another double diaper. If it is tails you will put on a single diaper with an enema/suppository. (Marshmallows, laxatives, single use enena, etc.) 10.
