I'll do another promise. Someone earlier suggested I should try more edges so here it goes.

SPREAD done, and TREE 6 minutes will have to wait until I go out.
Did the 20 minutes, with first 5 including CLENCH and KNEES (could not stop at 4 for the knees because the ruler would drop!)
Then just finished the time for PINS and the full 20.
