keep trying, coule of times a day would give the fastest result I'd say. Just my knowledge of human flexibility, never actually worked on it myself

in the past i was able to fit the head in, but took way too much effort to even keep it hard. though it was nice when i was able to...

Hmm you can do sports. A month of martial arts or yoga (or ballet maybe

) should do the trick. I think half of the guys can do it even if they are medium size. At least to reach the top. But probably the skinny ones have better success.
