If you could travel through time and witness anything in history, what would you pick?

Assume you can stay safe (e.g. if a dinosaur were to suddenly start chasing you or the boat you're on starts to sink, you can time travel back). That said, dinosaurs can be sneaky little bastards - they're definitely not for the faint-hearted. And if you plan to stay for a longer period of time, you'll need to plan for food & shelter and what have you.

First of all, you are amazing and I really loved your little blurb.

I think I would choose to go back in time right after a big lottery draw, so that I can choose the winning numbers. I know it isn't a very interesting answer, but history doesn't really interest me, and so this would be the most rewarding :P

What do you do? How do you spend it?

First of all, I would buy the most top of the line fool proof safe known to man, and lock up the time machine so nobody can steal it and take away my millions.

I would then bring my entire family and all of my friends on an incredible dream vacation.

When I returned, if my plan worked with the time machine, then I would be able to pay off debt, buy my dream house, and then buy lots and lots of presents for people, as well as donate at least $1 million to charity.

I am barefoot right now.

Depending on the day, they can range from a 6-11. I am really very ticklish all over, but spot and intensity changes each day.
