1. Go to the grocery and get a fresh ginger root.
2. Get naked and write 'SLUT' on each boob.
3. Put peeled ginger root into your anus (use google to find out how to prepare ginger).
4. Take some coin. Go to the corner, kneel down with your body facing the wall, about 1 feet away, hold a coin against the wall with your nose. Hold it for 20 min. Every time you drop it, you will have to kneel there 5 min longer. Stick Your ass out, hands on your head.
