What do you think about incest?

I don't have any interest in it myself, and while I might question the emotional health of those involved if they were closely related (siblings or parent/adult child) I really don't see a problem with it in general as long as it's between consenting adults and appropriate steps are taken to avoid producing offspring from it (due to the risk of inbreeding-related birth defects).
