put clamps/pegs on your nipples. roll a die, and multiple that number by three. that's how many times you have to pull the clamps (without opening them) off your nipples.

Put a peg on each nipple & rotate it 90 degrees & hold it in this position then rotate it 90 degrees the other way. This is one cycle.
Roll a die to determine how many cycles you must do then roll it again to see how long, in minutes, you have to hold the 90 degree twists for on each cycle.
