my thoughts so far

Hint 1: The order of the cities matters. (the order that they have been in now or do we need to reorder????)

Hint 3: 32 is a multiple of 8 -> 8*4 or 4*8 -> 4 or 8 letters?

Hint 4: This puzzle is much easier than you think. Think about various codes. Cities were chosen at random, continent is irrelevant. -> but is country?

and of course, why has 1 column 17 cities and the other only 15?

Puzzle #1 has been completed.

Assign every capital city a "1" and every non-capital a "0" and in binary, it spells out FACE.

Well, once you've completed your spanks, I have a treat for you~ It's Puzzle #2.

No info to tell you for this one, the outcome of this puzzle will give you the full dare. This puzzle is split in to a few stages that you might need to work out bit by bit. My first suggestion would be that you focus on the music and see if you can find a way to identify it, before you start looking at the weird information on the left hand side.

I've tried reverse image searching the sheet music and that hasn't worked, currently trying to recreate it in some software to see if I recognise it - since I have no musical talent - this isn't going well.

Tried the new one a little as PacifierGirl locked me in my house by use of shame and embarrassment from the last punishment anyway (hey, I can be a little melodramatic about it at least right?)... but I'll probably sit this one out as I know nothing about music. Though some things may help people:

Reverse image search for me gave Battlefield 1942 theme (no idea). And "2005 Honour music" on google gave Foo Fighters - In Your Honor. But I don't think anyone of these are right as neither battlefield or Foo Fighters existed before 2000 and there is 1990 and 1984 years on the left.

I can confirm this is dancing queen (recognised it from the audio before even reading the Shazam result so I'm pretty certain). I think the code on the left then has something to do with the song lyrics:

I have another theory about the Eurovision Song contest which Abba is well known for winning on Sweden's behalf. Every year the top 26 countries are ranked so for example the first one would be 14th place in 2016 which was Israel.

I don't have time right now to work through them all though and I can't work out what the a, c and s column is about, so hope this helps if I'm vaguely on the right lines!

[EDIT]Think I have it: a = artist, s = song title, c = country, and the number would be the corresponding letter to make a code. It's now 4:20am here (thanks Pacifier) so I definitely don't have time to finish it off but at least I can hopefully get to sleep now! [/EDIT]
