For the next 5 days, when you need to pee you are to pee for 5 seconds in what you are wearing then hold for 5 minutes if you make it you can pee in the toilet if you can't finish in what you have on leave the clothes on until1 hour after they are dry. If you need to poo you are to go to a different room and start to push once you feel it is almost about to touch your underware you may go to the toilet however if it gets to touch your underware you have to finish in them then sit for 5 minutes before you can change.
