And that's the deadline. Everyone who handed in their homework and the students who joined after it was set are not included in this next part and may leave now, but if you feel like you could use extra lessons in dissaplin then feel free to attend the detention, only you'll get extra credit.
For the students apart from thoses who I just said could leave, I am very disappointed. This was a simple homework!
For detention you must spank your self 50 times on each butt cheek. Also, seing as you are clearly lacking dissaplin I will have to teach you some. Edge yourself 5 times, then 4 times then next day 3 times the next day, 2 times the next and then don't touch yourself for the whole of day after that. Now on to my lesson. Hello class. Today we will be having a Phisical education lesson.
You must do 2 minuets of each exorcise that will be later listed and must do 30+ of each exorcise in that time limit.
After each exorcise you can rest and must write down the amount of times you did that exorcise (eg 34 press ups)
It is important that you write down the amount you did as this will effect reward/punishment later on
Here is the exorcise:

Press ups
Sit-ups
Squats
Jumping jacks (must do 50+)

Now write up how manny of each exorcise you did.

Final part of the lesson. You start at 100 press ups. For every amount of exorcise you where under you must add that amount on to the exorcise. (Eg, if you only did 25 sit-ups within 2 minuets then you have to add 5 on to the 100 push-ups making 105 as well as the other exorcise.) also. For everyone you went over you can take a push up off (eg if you managed 36 then take 6 off the push-up amount) do this for all exercises.

The push-ups you are left with can be compleated woth out a time limit but must be done on the same day.

Jocks, you must do the exercises for 5 minuets each time and must compleat 50+ of each one (70 for jumping jacks)

Finall note, when you reach 30(50) then don't stop and keep going. Your not allowed to break and it will help you with your push-ups later on.
The homework is in for Friday I want a how manny of each exorcise you managed and how manny push-ups you where left with. Good luck and make sure you do it or face the concequences. Class dismissed!
