Ok, this was hard as I've never played it but I'll try.

Every time you get hit, grab a pen and note it down in a tally chart. Each hit = 1 minute spent crossdressed. Every time you pause, you must grab a different color pen and make a tally chart for that. Each pause = 1 minute of wearing diapers.
