Same dare: Loser wears diapers for 4 hours. Winner rolls 1 d6 and gives that number of rules to loser to follow for the 4 hours in diapers. Winner can ask loser for a diaper check any time in the 4 hour window, and if it's wet (or more wet than the previous diaper check), the 4 hour timer starts over. This can continue to reset until the loser sleeps in their diaper.

Loser has to undergo bedwetting training for a week.

The loser doesn't have to be diapered for bed but it is highly recommended.

Just before the loser falls asleep they must drink 3 large glasses of water and then attempt to fall asleep immediately. As soon as you wake up - middle of the night or in the morning - stay lying down in bed and wet yourself.

If you didn't wake up in the middle of the night to pee, add another day to the dare.
